At least two weeks before entering upon such administrator training internship the applicant shall submit evidence to the board that such training (1) will be under the supervision of a licensed nursing home administrator, (2) will be at a grade and character satisfactory to the board, and (3) will be in a duly authorized nursing home having an authorized bed capacity of not less then fifty beds.
