The following fees shall be determined annually by the secretary of administration and finance under section 3B of chapter 7 and shall be collected by the board: (i) an application fee; (ii) an initial registration fee; (iii) an annual renewal fee; (iv) a change in controlling person or employee in charge fee; and (v) a late renewal fee.
