They shall include the subjects of anatomy, surgery, physiology, animal parasites, obstetrics, pathology, bacteriology, diagnosis and practice, therapeutics, pharmacology, veterinary dentistry and other subjects thought proper by the board to test the applicants' fitness to practice veterinary medicine.
