Whoever fails to comply with or violates any provision of this chapter in respect to the establishment, maintenance or operation of a cemetery, community mausoleum, crematory or columbarium, or to the disposal of dead human bodies, shall, unless another penalty is provided by this chapter, be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
