The fee for the first license of a master plumber or master gas fitter, journeyman plumber or journeyman gas fitter, apprentice, undiluted liquefied petroleum gas installer, or limited undiluted petroleum gas installer or for any biennial renewal thereof, and for any examination therefor shall be determined annually by the commissioner of administration under the provision of section three B of chapter seven for the filing thereof.
