§ 86

Within fifteen days of an order or decision of the division, of a member or of a reviewing board, or the approval of a memorandum of agreement by the division, with respect to a claim by an employee of the commonwealth, a city, a town or a district which has accepted the provisions of chapter eight hundred and seven of the acts of nineteen hundred and thirteen, or of any town or district which has accepted or accepts the provisions of section sixty-nine, the division shall mail to the public employee retirement administration commission, and the board of the retirement system of which the employee is a member, a certified copy of said order or decision of the division, of a member or of a reviewing board or the memorandum of agreement approved by the division.
