REGISTERED OFFICE AND REGISTERED AGENT OF FOREIGN CORPORATION\nEach foreign corporation authorized to transact business in the commonwealth shall continuously maintain in the commonwealth:\n(1) a registered office that may be the same as any of its places of business; and\n(2) a registered agent, who may be:\n(i) an individual who resides in the commonwealth and whose business office is identical with the registered office;\n(ii) a domestic corporation, not-for-profit domestic corporation or domestic limited liability company whose business office is identical with the registered office; or\n(iii) a foreign corporation, foreign not-for-profit corporation or foreign limited liability company authorized to transact business in the commonwealth whose business office is identical with the registered office.
