Sections fifty-nine to sixty-four, inclusive, of this chapter and sections one hundred and eight, one hundred and eleven, one hundred and twelve, one hundred and thirteen and two hundred and fifty-two of chapter one hundred and sixty, so far as they relate to proceedings for the abolition of grade crossings, shall not apply to cases within the provisions of the preceding seventeen sections.
