§ 45

Any bank, as defined in section 1 of chapter 167, or any credit union, as defined in section 1 of chapter 171, is hereby authorized, subject to agreement entered into with the authority, or any regional transit authority established pursuant to chapter 161B, to sell prepaid monthly passes, authorized by the authority, for use on the facilities of the authority or such regional transit authorities.
