Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, no person shall acquire any rights by prescription or adverse possession in any lands or rights in lands held in the name of the authority, and no person shall accrue any rights by prescription or adverse possession in any such lands or rights in land for the time period during which such lands or rights in land are or were held in the name of the authority.
