This chapter shall not apply to a policy or contract of one or more employers' or labor organizations, or of the trustees of a fund established by one or more employers' or labor organizations, or a combination thereof, covering employees or former employees, or a combination thereof, or covering members or former members of labor organizations, or a combination thereof.\nAll policies issued by a carrier to which section two hundred and five of chapter one hundred and seventy-five applies shall be subject to this chapter.
