§ 5c

If the commissioner determines that a carrier is neglecting to comply with the coding standards and guidelines under this chapter in the form and within the time required the commissioner shall notify the carrier of such neglect. If the carrier does not come into compliance within a period determined by the commissioner, the carrier shall be fined up to $5000 for each day during which such neglect continues.
