§ 46c

A society subject to section 45 and section 46 may provide for the payment of any part or all of the benefits payable to its members by such society by agreement in writing with an insurance company for the payment of such benefits. The premiums or charge for such insurance may be paid from the periodical or other payments by members of such society.
