[Transitional Provision.]\n(a) This Article shall apply to guardianship and protective proceedings begun on or after January 1, 2015.\n(b) Parts 1, 3 and 4 and section 5A–501 and section 5A–502 shall apply to proceedings begun before January 1, 2015 regardless of whether a guardianship or protective order has been issued.
