[Acceptance of Appointment; Consent to Jurisdiction.]\nBy accepting appointment, a personal representative submits personally to the jurisdiction of any court of the commonwealth in any proceeding relating to the estate that may be instituted by any interested person. Notice of any proceeding in the probate and family court shall be delivered to the personal representative, or mailed by ordinary first class mail at the address listed in the petition for appointment or as thereafter reported to the court and to the address as then known to the petitioner. Service in a proceeding in any other court shall be delivered in accordance with the rules of that court.
