No health care provider or employee thereof shall be subject to criminal or civil liability or be deemed to have engaged in unprofessional conduct, for carrying out in good faith a health care decision by an agent pursuant to a health care proxy.\nNo person acting as agent pursuant to a health care proxy shall be subject to criminal or civil liability for making a health care decision in good faith pursuant to this chapter.
