The corporation shall annually submit a complete and detailed report of its activities within ninety days after the end of the fiscal year to the clerk of the house of representatives, to the clerk of the senate, and to the governor. The annual report shall include, but not be limited to, descriptions of all programs funded, an evaluation of the performance of each program, a summary of the public monies expended, and descriptions of the individuals served by such programs.
