§ 102

If personal property of two or more part owners is attached in an action against one or more of them, it shall, upon the request of any other part owner, be examined and appraised in the manner provided in sections eighty-eight to ninety-two, inclusive, except that the part owner who makes the application shall, and the debtor shall not, appoint one of the appraisers. This section shall not apply to partnership property.
