He shall also enter in the indexes provided for in chapter thirty-six the name or names of each defendant whose land is attached as appears in said copy, the name of the plaintiff, and the court where the writ under which such attachment was made is returnable. The recording fees may be taxed as a part of the plaintiff's costs.
