The commissioner shall establish a process whereby mortgage loan originators may challenge information entered into the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry by the commissioner; provided, however, that anyone aggrieved by a decision of the commissioner may appeal said decision in accordance with chapter 30A.
