\nFor taking a deposition, fifty cents; for writing the deposition and caption, at the rate of twelve cents a page; for notice to the adverse party, twenty cents. The justice shall certify his fees and the deponent's fees on the deposition.\nFor administering an oath required by law, except on a trial or examination before him, to one or more persons at one time, twenty-five cents.\nFor the acknowledgment of a deed by one or more grantors, if taken at one time, twenty-five cents.\nFor taking a deposition to perpetuate testimony, each justice shall be entitled to the fees prescribed for all services which are personally rendered by him.
