10.74 Acceptance of federal funds, private gifts and donations. Sec. 4. The commission may accept federal funds granted by congress or executive order for all or any of the purposes of this act as well as private gifts and donations from individuals, private organizations or foundations: Provided, That the acceptance and use of federal funds commits no state funds and places no obligation upon the legislature to continue the purposes for which the funds are made available.
