10.57 Special commissions; general fund appropriation, apportionment by administrative board. Sec. 7. For the purposes of this act there is hereby appropriated out of the general fund of this state such amount as shall be contained in the biennial budget therefor. The state administrative board shall, out of such appropriations, assign a definite portion thereof as a specific appropriation for the expenses of each commission when, as and if created.
