115.25 Representation by mayor. Sec. 5. Whenever it shall appear as provided for herein that a city is only entitled to 1 representative on the board of supervisors, such city shall thenceforth be represented on said board by the mayor, who shall thereupon be vested with all the powers and duties of a member of the board of supervisors of such county.
