117.28a Municipal courts in cities in certain counties; civil jurisdiction. Sec. 28-a. In counties having a population of less than 100,000 in which municipal courts are now or may be established, said courts shall have such jurisdiction in civil causes in all townships throughout the county up to the amount of the jurisdiction of said court.
