117.4u Retirement benefits subject to protecting local government retirement and benefits act; 'retirement benefit' defined.Sec. 4u. If a city provides retirement benefits as part of a system of compensation under section 4i, the retirement benefits are subject to the protecting local government retirement and benefits act.
