12.210 Report. Sec. 10. The department of state police or the department of treasury, as applicable, shall report annually to the governor and to the house and senate appropriations committees the amount received and appropriated in the fiscal year pursuant to this act, the amount expended pursuant to appropriations, and the balance in the state forensic laboratory fund.
