***** 120.8 THIS SECTION IS SUBJECT TO CONDITIONAL REPEAL: See (2) of 120.130 ***** 120.8 Formation of district; election and survey expense. Sec. 8. All the expenses of elections for the formation of such port districts shall be paid by the county or counties holding election, and such expenditure is hereby declared to be for county purposes. Prior to the adoption of a resolution by the board of supervisors to submit the question of establishing a port district to the electors, said board may expend not to exceed 5,000 dollars for purposes of making a survey and study of a port district plan.
