121.21 Charter water authority; body corporate; charter, powers. Sec. 21. The authority shall be a municipal corporation, and a public body corporate with power to sue and be sued in any court of this state. This act shall be considered to be its charter, and it shall possess all powers necessary to carry out the purposes of its incorporation and those incident thereto as expressed in this act.
