123.154 Sale or delivery outside of corporate limits. Sec. 4. Any city taking advantage of the provisions of this act may sell and deliver water outside of its corporate limits in such amount as may be determined by its legislative body, as provided by section 23, article VIII of the constitution of Michigan, as amended in 1944.
