123.507 False statements; penalty. Sec. 7. Any person who wilfully makes, or causes to be made any false, deceptive or fraudulent statement in any questionnaire or statement required to be submitted under this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than 100 dollars, or more than 1,000 dollars, or to imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding 6 months.
