123.746 Water supply or sewage disposal or refuse systems; project costs. Sec. 16. There may be included as a part of the cost of any project, engineering and legal fees, administration expenses during the period of construction, financing costs, a reasonable amount for contingencies, interest on any bonds to be issued therefor for a period not exceeding the estimated construction period and 6 months thereafter, and any other costs incident to the acquisition and financing of the project.
