123.344 Disposal system; joint acquisition by public corporations under other statutes; contracts. Sec. 14. Any public corporations which may, heretofore or hereafter, have jointly acquired the ownership or right to operate any water or sewage disposal system under any other statute may make any contract in regard to such system of the nature hereby authorized.
