123.591 Houseboats; regulation of sanitation and location by counties. Sec. 1. The boards of supervisors of any county in the portions of such county outside incorporated cities and villages may regulate by ordinance the sanitation requirements and the location of houseboats on those portions of the lakes, rivers, canals and waterways of the county under their control and jurisdiction.
