123.652 Exhibition areas; appropriation. Sec. 2. The legislative body of the city is authorized and empowered to make appropriations for the operation, improvement and maintenance of such exhibition areas, as herein authorized, as shall have been acquired. History: 1955, Act 70, Eff. Oct. 14, 1955
