123.383 Local governmental units; agreements with units of another state for waste disposal or water supply services. Sec. 3. Any local unit of government in this state, either singly or jointly with other local units of government, may enter into contracts and agreements with local units of government in another state for securing or providing of waste disposal or water supply services by means of appropriate facilities located in either state.
