124.478 Validation and ratification of prior acts. Sec. 28. The authorization, issuance, sale, execution, and delivery of all issues of bonds and notes authorized, issued, sold, executed, or delivered by an authority before the effective date of this section, and all acts taken by an authority in connection with those bonds and notes are hereby validated and ratified.
