124.293 Authorization to raise or pay money for administrative expenses or other purposes; direct taxing power. Sec. 13. The legislative body of each municipality which is a member of the authority is authorized to raise by tax or pay from its general funds, any money required to be paid by the articles of incorporation for administrative expenses or for the purpose of obtaining maps, plans, designs, specifications, and cost estimates of a proposed sewage disposal system, water supply system, or waste management system.
