124.12b Civil fine. Sec. 12b. If a pool or person violates a cease and desist order under this act and has been given notice and an opportunity for a hearing held pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, being sections 24.201 to 24.328 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, in addition to the actions provided in section 12a(2)(a) to (c), the commissioner may also order a civil fine of not more than $10,000.00 for each violation.
