124.554 Exemption from motor carrier act and motor bus transportation act.Sec. 14. In the exercise of its powers under this act, an authority is exempt from the motor carrier act, 1933 PA 254, MCL 475.1 to 479.43, 1939 PA 3, MCL 460.1 to 460.11, and the motor bus transportation act, 1982 PA 432, MCL 474.101 to 474.141.
