125.1201 Economic expansion department; organization, subject to approval of governor. Sec. 1. There is created a department of state government to be known as the department of economic expansion, consisting of the executive director of economic expansion as head of the department, a deputy executive director of economic expansion if appointed, such departmental divisions as the executive director establishes, and such other employees as are hereinafter provided for.
