125.990j Zone plan amendment.Sec. 10j. A zone plan may be amended. Amendments are effective if approved by a majority of the property owners voting on the amendment at the annual meeting of property owners or a special meeting called for that purpose, using proportional voting if applicable under the zone plan. A zone plan amendment changing any assessment is effective only if also approved by the governing body of the city or village in which the business improvement zone is located.
