125.1222 Definitions. Sec. 2. As used in this act: (a) 'Division' means the division of minority business enterprise. (b) 'Department' means the department of commerce. (c) 'Minority business enterprise' means a business enterprise that is owned or controlled solely by 1 or more socially or economically disadvantaged persons.
