125.664 Claims against project; contractual. Sec. 14. The notes, bonds, or other obligations or any claims of whatever nature against said housing project or projects, shall not be debts or charges against the city or village nor against any members of the commission and no individual liability shall attach for any official act done by any member of such commission.
