125.665 Preliminary estimate of costs. Sec. 15. Whenever the commission shall determine to purchase, acquire, construct, improve, enlarge, extend, operate, and/or repair any housing facility or facilities under the provisions of this act, it shall first cause an estimate to be made of the cost thereof, and the fact that such estimate has been made and the amount thereof shall appear in the ordinance authorizing and providing for the issuance of the bonds.
