125.1529 Enforcement of code or construction regulations by governmental subdivision or enforcing agency. Sec. 29. Except as otherwise provided in this act, this act does not abrogate or impair the power of a governmental subdivision or enforcing agency to enforce the provisions of the code or any other applicable construction regulations, or to prevent violations or impose sanctions on violators.
