125.12 Regional planning commission; creation; service by members of county board of commissioners. Sec. 2. Regional planning commissions may be created by resolution by 2 or more legislative bodies of any local governmental units desiring to create a regional planning commission. Members of county boards of commissioners shall not be prohibited from serving on a commission created hereby. History: 1945, Act 281, Eff.
