125.607 Powers; procedure for exercising. Sec. 7. Procedure for exercising powers. The exercise of a state public body of the powers herein granted shall be by resolution or ordinance in the manner and with such notice as is now or hereafter may be prescribed by the city or village charter or the law of this state.
