125.551 Fuel oil; adoption of act; scope of act restricted. Sec. 1. This act shall be in force and effect in cities and villages that, by a majority vote of the legislative body of the city or village, adopt its provisions. This act as it relates to the storage, handling, and sale of fuel oil applies only to the use of fuel oil for oil burners as specified in this act. History: 1929, Act 319, Imd. Eff.
