125.575 Violation of act; penalty. Sec. 25. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not to exceed 100 dollars or by imprisonment for a period of not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, and each day that a violation of this act shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
